I'm not an outgoing person, nor am I particularly in love with how I look. So why nude photography? Why modeling? Well, I love the camera. I love makeup. I love art. I also love the female body, and I think I, and all women, should learn to love our bodies, and not be ashamed of them. I'm also a big fan of pin-up photography.

At first, I was a little weary of putting myself online. The internet is wide open, anyone can see them, and I won't even know about it if they did, but in the end, I crossed my fingers, held my breath, and braced myself against the possibility of people being mean, overly critical, or malicious. So far though, I've gotten really nice feedback from positive people.

Will I ever do anything like this again? Maybe, maybe not. Modeling is fun, but it's no longer my dream job. I still like being in front of the camera, but I think it's really just a love of art, and being included in the making of art. I love visual expression, but I'm a writer, not a drawer, and so I embrace any way to be a part of visual expression that I can, because my drawing talent starts and ends with stick figures (although I did draw a really good hand once).

That said, if any artists out there want to draw a picture of me, please do so, and send it my way. I love inspiring people in any way I can, and I love to see how people view me through their own eyes. Besides, I look like a cartoon character anyway (or so my boyfriend says!) so I'm probably an easy subject anyway (ha ha)
